What Does The Blood Test Report Indicate?

my daughter is 1.5 yrs old
her recent blood test report says aniso poikilocytosis accompanied by a marked reduction in mcv, with reactive lymphocytes.
what does that mean?Is it life threatening?
She is undergoing treatment for a severe allergic reaction to an insect sting/bite.could this be a reason?
She has been prescribed allegra suspension to be given thrice a day for 2 weeks. She was given beandryl syrup for allergy, taxim -0, omnacortil and atarax too.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
the report suggests that she is having microcytic anemia.
Usually it is due to iron deficiency at this age.
Some more investigations are needed to confirm.
Better consult pediatrician.
It is not life threatening.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
