Hi,
Looking at your test results, I am of the opinion that your weakness is due to anemia and was increased by your recent infection.
Looking at your MCV and MCH, it appears you are having microcytic hypochromic anemia probably due to iron deficiency. Your PCV is also a bit low suggesting anemia. It is probably in early stages.
Neutrophils are increased probably due to infection. Based on neutrophil count, I would think that you suffered a bacterial infection and treatment was taken for the same.
There is no serious issue. You need to take iron supplements to improve your hematological values.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
