What Does The Attached MRI Report Diagnose?
Doctors finding are as follow: Incidental note is made of a congenital anomaly of a bifid posterior spinous processes of the T12 vertebral body. There is also minimal diffuse levorotoscoliosis. No indication of fracture, blastic or lytic bone lesion, spondylolysis, or spondylolisthesis. The sacroiliac joint are grossly unremarkable. Question is: What does all this mean? Do I need to see a back specialist?
