Welcome to Health care magic.

1. Tiny calculus / stone in the gall bladder - it does not need any action if not symptomatic ( however treatment of choice for gall stones is operative)
2. Bilateral kidneys are small - by progressing age the changes of small sized kidneys are possible, cortical thinning ( functional part of the kidney - cortex) could be old obstruction in the ureter, pelvis, previous infection ( you have to correlate with KFT - kidney function test)
3.Grade 2 prostatomegaly is an age related change - if symptomatic it has to be operated.
4.Urinary bladder thickness is an infective cause - cystitis ( if symptomatic - needs a course of antibiotic and plenty of water)
5.Most of the findings are age related - so treat the symptomatic things. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
