Sir, My wife aged 31 yrs/F, LMP on 20.08.14, on 16.09.14 she have some blood clot coming out per vagina. She thought it might be the menstrual cycle. but no mense came after that it was just a clot. we have done UPT (urine hcg test) 4 times at a interval of 5 days. It was negative. she have an whole abdomen USG on 17.10.14. The report says- UTERUS IS ANTEVERTED NOMAL IN SIZE , SHAPEAND ECHOPATTERN. ENDOMETRIUM ECHO IS 14MM THICK. ILL DEFINED FOCAL HYPERHETEROECHOIC CONTENT IS SEEN IN FUNDAL REGIONAND TOWARDE RIGHT SIDEWITH FOCAL VASCULARITY. RIGHT OVARY SHOWS A SIMPLE CYST OF SIZE 25 AND 21MM LIKELY FUNCTIONAL CYST. LEFT OVARY APPEARS NORMAL.
