What Does The USG Report Indicate?

dear sir,4D USG of my wife shows 20wks 3days pregnancy.It shows Fetal palvicalycal systems minimal to mild dilatation.dilatation are taking in AP diameter.That of the right side is about 5mm that of the left kidney is about 3.9mm.urinary bladder appears normal.if there is any problem?if then wht we to do.Thanks Tanvir

1.Its one of the congenital cause.
2.In this case your doctor would have check for any other anomalies ( defects ) present. They have not informed you means rest all are fine.
3. Further what you have to do is, a regular followup scans for feral well being and monitoring the AFI, and AP measurements.
4.In many cases it remains after birth (in my experience - cases i have monitored)
5.Its minor procedure after birth a paediatric surgeon will help you.
