Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There is a small 8.8 mm cyst in the right kidney. This is not causing any pain. It would have been better to scan the entire abdomen and pelvis for a stomach pain. The possible causes can include gall bladder stone and pancreas in the upper abdomen and the uterus and ovaries for lower abdominal pain.
