Hello
Thanks for writing to us

According to MRI report you have degenerative disc disease of cervical and lumbar spine.
Degenerative changes occurs in spine due to aging and development of weakness in annulus fibrosis which allows herniation of disc.

1.There is focal congenital fusion of C2-3 vertebra.
2.At C3-4 level there is small disc herniation resulting in mild central canal stenosis.
3.There is borderline central canal stenosis from C4-5 to C5-6 level related to oseophyte/disc complexes.
4.There is mild to moderate left neural foramen narrowing at C5-6 level.
5.There is also mild neural foramen narrowing at L3-L4 level.

Treatment for degenerative lumbar disease includes physiotherapy or surgery.
Effectiveness of both modalities are same. So,physiotherpay should be tried first. It causes strengthening of Para spinal muscles and it prevents further changes.
Surgery should be the last option.
There are also medicines like capsule pregabalin available for pain relief.
Treatment can be planned after consultation with neurosurgeon.
Get well soon.

Take Care
