What Does The MRI Report With Straightening Of Cervical Spine Indicate?

hello doctor myself pooja 30 years old and having weight of 54 kgs
i have done MRI cervical spine
in my reports there is straightening of cervical spine and mild diffuse disc bulge at c5-6 level leading to mild indentation over thecal sac and mild compression over bilateral exiting nerve roots

previously i m also diagonalized with mi grain , depression and deficiency of vitamin D . my vitamin D level is 10 only.
so what to do & what you say about my health status

Thanks for writing in.

The neck vertebrae are 7 in number and there are small disc like structures between the bones which gives the complete rang of movements to the neck. In your situation, there is muscle spasm in the neck region causing straightening of the spine. The disc at level C 5 - C 6 is also slightly displaced backwards and is causing pressure on the covering of spinal cord and the nerve roots on either side. This is causing you pain. A mild disc bulge improves with physiotherapy and you must avoid lifting heavy weights and turning your head suddenly.
