What Does The MRI Report Suggest?

An MRI impression stated: Sagittal images include visualization of the lower brain. Prominent fluid collections are noted in the temporal regions, potentially representing enlarged temporal horns versus cystic lesion. Lateral ventricles otherwise appear within normal limits. What does this mean for my future health concerns? I have an head CT scan scheduled.
