Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Isolated diffuse cerebellar atrophy without cerebral cortical atrophy may be due to many reasons like degenerative disorders, alcoholism etc.It is important to know proper history and age of the patient.

Small calcified granuloma in the right parietal subcortical region with adjacent minimal perilesional oedema / gliotic matter may be due to some resolving granuloma like neurocysticercosis, tuberculoma etc.

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.

Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.

Take Care
Dr.Indu Bhushan
