What Does The MRI Lumbar Spine Mean?

Dear Dr Dear Dr, I got my MRI done for Lumbar region and i got following Reports- sacralization of L5 with lumbar spondylosis with diffuse annular bulge L4/L5 I.V disc leading to thecal sac identation with mild Neural formina encroachment. Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.

These findings are within normal range and do not constitute any problem at all. These findings are found in most Lumbar MRIs. So these finding might somehow be related to back pain, but do not need any specific treatment other than common anti analgesics
