What Does The CT Scan Report Indicate?

FINDINGS ON CT SUBACUTE PROCESS. SEVERAL FOCI OF HIGHER DENSITY WITH THE SUBDURAL HEMATOMA ON LEFT SIDE SUGGESTING RECENT HEMORRHAGE. nO MIDLINE SHIFT. hYPERDENSE COMPONENT OF THE SUBDURAL HEMATOMA IS ALSO NOTED ADJACENT TO THE LEFT CEREBELLAR HEMISPHERE MEASURING 6 MM IN THICKNESSS. Patchy areas of low attenuation in the bilateral subcortical white matter which are nonspecific but most likely represent moderate-to-severe chronic small vessel ischemia. Person in 80 yrs. Hit by football in the back of head. Brother had ahltiemers . What does above mean

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, report is suggestive of cerebral hemorrhage but does not seems because of the football injury but this could be due to hypertension because other findings supports this, better to get done the MRI and other test, hope this information helps, take care.
