What Does The CECT Of Thorax Result Indicate?

Hi , My mother s CECT of the thorax has following impression: Multiple scattered rounded nodules seen in bilateral lungs with enlarged lymph nodes seen in left supra clavicular region with big lobulated marginally enhancing sols seen in liver (F/S/O extensive lung and liver metastasis)

Welcome to healthcare magic...
I had gone through your question ...her CECT that is contrast enhanced CT results shows metastasis ...that the malignancy ( cancer) from primary lesion could be in abdomen or pelvis..or any other site has spread to lungs, liver and lymph nodes in neck...she will be treated according to stage
and type of malignancy and its site...I wish her a good luck...
