What Does Swelling In The Penis Indicate?

Hello doctor I have been masturbating for more than 10 years now I have the problem that whenever I masturbate or I have nightfall then the lower portion of my penis is swelled , I think semen does not completely releases from my penis. Would you please help me out..

Hello,

It is possible that you may have caused blockage to the lymphatic channels in the skin which is leading to this swelling.

This prevents the normal fluid that goes back toward your body from making it to the body and leads to the swelling. Vigorous masturbation can cause this.

Many other possibilities for swelling please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
