What Does Swelling In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

I am swollen in the area below my navel down to my penis. I have had prostate cancer surgery and radiation a year ago. Have had a lymphocele in the pelvis area but that was better at last exam. I have never been swollen like this and have no pain. It feels like fluid.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If it is a cystic swelling and is causing you the discomfort then it has to be removed. Your problem needs more of examination to give the advice rather than online consultation like this.

Without an examination, it gets difficult for us to treat you. At least with the photo, we can judge you what to be done. Hope you understand the constraints of online consultation and give us better information to treat you accordingly.

Or, you can even go to a general surgeon for a checkup which is a better option.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
