I have gone through your problem. As you told about your age, keepin your age in mind , I think today you had a very first episode of menopause. Menopause is a physiologicall change happens in every woman in between the age of 40-50, when your menstrual cycle will stop gradually leaving the symptoms which you experienced in your near past. These are the hormonal changes which occur during menopause leaving such discomfort. I would recommend you to go to a good gynaecologist...she will prescribe you certain hormones which can help you. I hope this helps you.
Thanks
