Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having very small amounts of pale blood tinged discharge and a strong smelling urine. No fever, no itchiness or pain. No frequent urination. Very rarely I have a drop of bright red blood but not often. Symptoms going on for greater than 6 weeks. Should I be concerned?

What Does Strong Smelling Urination Indicate?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. So far as symptoms narrated here, suggest there is underlying urinary infection, which is possible in absence of fever or pain. I recommend to undertake a urine microscopy and culture report for further management in details. Till that time, drink more liquids, cranberry sachet once daily. Maintain genital hygiene. Avoid sex if involved. I would like to assist further at anytime. Regards.
