What Does Stomach Cramping With Diarrhea, nausea, lightheaded Signify?

I have had stomach cramping and cramping associated with diarrhea. When I try to use the restroom...nothing until I sit for a while. Some of the cramps have been painful, then gradually decrease.

I am a month late on my cycle with smell sensitivity, light headedness and slight nausea but have taken several pregnancy test with negative results

Any ideas?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You may be late for the period by one month, but these symptoms are due to the food poisoning, that is the infection if the intestines.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, omeprazole, domperidone, lactic acid bacilli, dicyclomine and loperamide when ever there is frequency.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
