What Does Stiffness In Neck And Skull With Painful Hard Lump Near The Shoulder Suggest?

For the last 3 days when I wake up in the morning my neck and all under the back side of my skull has been stiff to the point of not being able to turn it. The right side of my neck from right below the ear to my shoulder has had a hard mass, muscle, lump that is extremely painful and seems to b the cause of the rest of my pain. Cuz when u touch it it radiates pain to all of my neck that feels stiff. Now I am an I V Meth user, have been for at least 20 yrs. And I occasionally use in the neck. However I hadn t for at least 2 wks.prior to waking up that morning with the pain. Do u think that I have damaged something by doing so,or do u think it may b a tumor or growth of sum kind?
