What Does Spreading Itchy Yeast Infection In Groin Indicate?

I have had a rash near my groin area for the past week or so. I went to my gyno and she said that it was a yeast infection. The rash looks like it was caused from chafing. It has moved to my neck, which the rash has turned black and started peeling. Also moved to the tops of my feet and arms. It's spreading (I think). All the spots are itchy. What do you think it could be?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Chafing can cause a rash called intertrigo, this is rash that occurs between the body folds.

The anti fungal cream that you were given for the skin yeast infection should help.
This can be combined with a topical steroid cream to help to reduce the inflammation.

I hope this helps
