the skin under my water line and the water line is now very red and sore..I have been to the doctors 3 times now...they have suggested..baby shampoo..warm compress..benedryl and benedryl cream..eye drops of several kinds..hydrosortocone cream...nothing seems to help....I used a lip liner on my eye and now my eyes are extremely sore and will react to make up and cleansing creams and moisturizers...what to do now?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Stay away from make up is my first advise to you. Avoid any makeup on your eyes, maybe your skin is sensitive and that's why all this happens. You can use mild baby shampoo as advised to clean the lower lids and lashes. Use some artificial tears preservative free.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Harshita
