What Does Sonography During Pregnancy Suggest?
Hello Doctor,
I am in 38 weeks pregnancy. As per the Real Time B-Mode Sonography report, the impression is as follows,
1) Cephalic Presentation at Present
2) Placenta Posterior Low lying , Touching the OS, Grade 3 Maturity
3) Three Loops of cords seen near the fetal neck at present.
My previous delivery is through C-Section. Pl. advise for this second delivery with out C-Section.

HI. 38 weeks pregnancy. Why are you waiting ? Three loops of cord near fetal neck suggests you need C-Section ASAP.
