What Does Small Nonspecific T2 Hyperintensities In The Right Frontal Lobe Mean?

Hello - my Neurologist ordered a brain MRI without contrast for symptoms of bilateral facial numbness and tingling...fast forward to the office visit, he told me everything was completely normal but now that I can access the report online, it specifically states, 2 small nonspecific T2 hyperintensities in the right frontal lobe white matter. it says that I have an essentially normal brain MRI. I have a genetic MTHFR mutation that supposedly is associated with Alzheimer s disease and possibly MS. Should I be following up on this to make sure it doesn t worsen? Dr. didn t even mention it to me but I am considering this a possible early warning.

HI
Well come to HCM
This is nonspecific type of finding and this does not correlate with the clinical symptom and this could be normal one, the symptoms that is being stated here could be due to stress and this would come around, take care.
