General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the blood stain at a stool with bottom cramps indicates possible intestine infection as colitis, amebiasis or else.

* Needs a stool microscopy examination and proper line of management with GI specific antibiotic as metronidazole, anti-worm medications with supportive care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
