What Does Slight Low Inspiratory Effort In A Chest X-ray Indicate?
Hello, I just received my chest x ray findings related to persistent cough, chest tighness, R flank/back pain. Currently treating kidney infection and upper respiratory infection. Findings read as follows:- slight low inspiratory effort, apparent subtle reticular opacities in the bilateral lung bases lakely represent mild vessel crowding. What is mild vessel crowding?
1.The report suggest there is poor inspiration seen in the present x-ray which causes mild limitation in the study. 2.There are reticular opacities seen in the bilateral lung bases - which suggest vascular crowding. 3.The basal opacities can be due to the gravitational changes - with basal opacities. 4.In this case a course of antibiotic if symptomatic - and a followup x-ray with good inspiration. 5.If symptoms persists further - then HRCT - high resolution computer tomography will be helpful.
Good luck. Hope i have answered your query, any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask. http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-ganesh/62888
