I recently had an EKG that was ordered from my pain management doctor at a family clinic. They called and told me that I had a slight irregularity. They then called back and said that the doctor wanted me to schedule and appointment. This doctor is a cardiologist I believe. Should I be worried since they are calling me telling me the doctor wants to see me?
hello there, A slight irregularity is not a cause of worry. The reason we get a cardiologist to see you is later a patient should not be under the impression that we did not make him/her meet a specialist in the beginning. And whatever the irregularity is there are enough drugs to rectify it.
Thank you for your query, Dr Arun A
