What Does Sinus Bradycardia And Prolonged QT Interval Mean?

I am 42, 5' 2" wt. 140lbs. No significant medical concern now or in the present. Relatively healthy.

I have being feeling symptoms of dizziness, fatigue, heaviness, shortenss of breath, palpitations, and fullness in my chaest for about two years. My ECG showed sinus bradycardia and prolonged QT interval. What does this mean? Additionally, I would like to exercise, but I do not know if it will make it worse.

Hi There

When you are physically active (mean not lying in bed or sleeping) and your heart rate is below 60 beats per min it is called BRADYCARDIA and QT interval on EKG represents the time taken by the ventricles to get depolarize and repolarize back.
Individuals who are healthy can normally have a heart rate below 60. But the symptoms you are telling like dizziness and fatigue can be due to electrolyte imbalance and so does the Prolonged QT interval (electrolyte imbalance: especially hypokalemia, hypocalcemia, hypomagnesemia), so i would like to recommend you to go for a SERUM ELECTROLYE blood test and consult a doctor personally.

I wish you Good Health
