Sir I have done ECG One week before where ECG result as unconfirmed Now once ECG done to day and result found as sinus arrhythmia rate 64-103- v rate variation>10%, border line low voltage in frontal lead - all frontal leads < o.6 mv and base line wanders in lead (s)V5,V6

Such result is said to be within normal limit, low voltage may be due to fatty chest area, you have not mentioned your age and gender, neither you have stated the chief complaint for that you had to go for ECG, because your given report need to be correlate with clinical history hope this information helps, take care.
