Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I would be glad to assist you in interpreting the report.
SIngle fetus means it is a singleton pregnancy, not multiple babies.
Cephalic means the head, it means that the head is inside the pelvis, this is the normal presentation, as it is supposed to be.
GA 13 weeks, means that the gestational age is 13 weeks - the pregnancy corresponds to 13 weeks of pregnancy.
Placenta is situated posteriorly, which is also normal.
Normally the placenta should be situated in the upper fundal part of the uterus.
In your case, it is extending below and is reaching the edge of the cervix, which is, the mouth of the uterus.
This means that you might spot and bleed, and chances of miscarriage exist.
Take rest, avoid intercourse and stress.
Take the medications prescribed to you.
More than half of such placentas will migrate upwards as the pregnancy advances, so dont stress out.
All the best
Take care.

Dear member,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
The placenta is the part which is attached to uterus on mother side and to fetus at its umbilical through the cord. Ideally a placenta placed high in uterus.
some cases like you with low implantation may have bleeding on and off.
as the fetus grows the placenta moves upward.
If at 36 week's also the placenta is low lying then delivery by vagina is difficult.
in my clinical experience I have noted that
the placenta usually moves upward in majority of cases.
thanks.
take Care
