What Does Signs Of Dizziness And Eye Jerking Indicate ?
3 days ago I woke up and the room was spinning, I tried to get up and kept falling and my mom had to help me up, my eyes were jerking and made me dizzy. This has been happening all throughout the day and night ever since, I m also having balance issues, I ve fell quite a few times. It mostly happens when I lay down, roll over, sit up, stand up, or bend over. What is this and what should I do about it?

The ear has minute canals called the labyrinth.Head spinning can result from disturbance in this canal.
Dizziness,spinning,eye jerking,nausea are some of the symptoms of balance disorder.
Sudden movement of the head can lead to dizziness and spinning.
You should avoid sudden movements and can wear ear plugs.
Also get evaluated by the ear specialist.
The problem should be rectified by the specialist.

You are suffering from vertigo which needs an evaluation by an ENT specialist or a neurologist.
Vertigo which is accompanied by abnormal eye movements,can happen due to inner ear Infection and inflammation,problems in brain due to tumor /head or neck injury/hemorrhage etc. you need a detailed examination which includes blood sugar, CT scan and ECG too to know your rhythm and blood flow.
