Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

The doctors should have assessed you for pneumonia when you were seen at urgent care, it would be associated with changes in the chest when listening with the stethoscope and also x ray changes.

If there is a no previous history of wheezing, pneumonia should definitely be considered. I hope this helps.

Hopefully this clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
