What Does Shift In Flora Indicating Bacterial Vaginosis Mean?

I am using a DMPA injectables for 1year & 7months. I got my pap smear result this august2014. It indicates that SHIFT IN FLORA SUGGESTIVE OF BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS AND BACTERIA MORPHOLOGICALLY CONSISTENT WITH COCOBACILLI. AND ALSO REACTIVE CELLULAR CHANGES ASSOCIATED WITH INFLAMMATION(includes typical repair),3T. What was that mean?.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern. Your pap smear report suggest that uou have bacterial infection and reactive change due to that. No evidence of any malignancy inyour report. So don't worry. Just be relaxed. You just need to take antibiotics foryour bacterial infection. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
