What Does Sharp Pain On The Scalp Indicate?
I have random very short pain in my scalp, same spot, on and off. Very brief and feels like a needle in top of head left side above eye but on top of head. It is very random. Seems to be no rhyme or reason. Some days don t have at all. Some days it happens more frequently.

Your headache is not constant, and occurs randomly, hence tension headache should be ruled out. Excess work on computer, stress, lack of sleep like factor can be responsible. Smoking history, hypertension also should be ruled out. According to the cause-specific treatment given. Consult a physician for examination.
