Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Hi this kind of presentation is quite uncommon except in some cases of neural compression in brain / upper cervical spine. I suggest you consult your local physician or better , a neurologist if possible.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

21 y/o F. I ve had a pain in my back (right side, upper part like in shoulder blade area) for five years. Started in junior year of high school, no accident, no injury, very out of the blue. It s a VERY sharp pain EVERY time I breathe or move, or sometimes even when I turn my head-either way. My mom is a nurse but she doesn t believe me when I tell her almost daily about the consistent pain I ve had for half a decade. It s very annoying having to live with this pain and I d really love some answers.
Hi, I woke up last week and had a sharp pain just under my right shoulder blade and when I would move my head side to side pain went down my spine. That went away after a few days with alternating heat and cold as well as ibuprofen. Today, I woke up with the same pain but on the other side of my body. Can you help me please?
