General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per the narration of the issue, sharp pain in palm and wrist might be angular compression of nerve at the carpel tunnel level and secondary manifestation of syncope and loss of consciousness via vasovagal shock.

I recommend to evaluate the case in my office with thorough physical examination to find out the cause concerned.

Wish you great day.

Thanks.
