What Does Sharp Pain Between The Toes Along With Discoloration Under The Nails Indicate?

my wife is 52 she has reasently developed in the past month a sharp pain between her big and forth toe !her foot Dr s cannot figure what is going on ! she is a debit tic but not on insulinson ! her toes turn black under the nailsnd under her her toes like she hasn t washed her feet ! when she is up on them all day working and ash is in a walking boot to keep from moving the toes ! after she has been off it and has propped it up for a few hrs her black toes go away and her foot looks normal except for the pain and unable to move her toes do to the pain and you still cant touch her foot
