Shadows are not a usual description given in an MRI report. It is usually described in X rays or Ultrasound. I think you are talking about a n MRI of the breast for which ultrasound is often done to clarify certain findings. So I can presume that MRI showed something in your left breast which the doctors could not be sure about. I also presume that the ultrasound did not find anything.
MRI of breast often picks up abnormal signals which may look like a mass or a lesion but turns out to be normal tissue only. The contrast injection sometimes helps, also the ultrasound sometimes clears things out. However, if all are inconclusive then a biopsy or FNAC should be done.
Now, in the current scenario, if the ultrasound is normal, then I would ask you to wait for the final MRI report. If it finds no abnormality, then you should proceed with routine follow up. If anything suspicious is found, an FNAC should be done. I wish I could tell you more but without any details of the MRI findings I cannot comment.
Have a nice day!
