What Does Severe Pain In The Vagina Indicate?

Hi, a couple days ago...precisely on thursday,I Was sexually active with my partner but he had a condom on.A few days later i started experiencing sharp sore pains on my clit, vaginal lips, and near my vaginal hole. I tried to ignore it hoping it would go away, I took a shower and notice a small open whitehead sore directly on my left inner vag lips. Then later that day I went to the bathroom and noticed a lite odor(smelled like sweaty quarters to me). While using the bathroom as I urinate it stung really bad ,I then inspected my vagina to find a variety of small red bumps and a couple of whitehead bumps, but they are not built up in clusters only in random areas. And my Gyn cannot see me right now,What should I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
I think either1) your partner had some skin infection over his genital area which came in contact with the affected part of yours...(except vaginal orifice ) & infection carried to thepar through sore tissue there in.
2) The condomwas broken to carry sexually transmitted disease.
*You need to get examined by a gynecologist... get internally examined to assess internal infection. Get vaginal swab tested for type of infecting organism lfollowed by specific antibiotic &local treatment.
Self care... utmost cleanliness of genital area.
- No sex till healed completely.
- use of medicines advised regylarly along withoral drugs.
Thanks.
