What Does Severe Pain In The Abdomen Indicate?
i started having unusually severe pain at least 6 days before my period, about 7-8 months back. (period started at age 17 and now I am 23). It never happened earlier. Got ultrasound done, It was nothing unusual just minor indications ovaries being bulky with increased stromal echogenicity with small intramural fibroids. pain lasts 5-6 days, until i start menstruating. during those 3 days there is no pain. what should i do?

You may be suffering from premenstrual syndrome. May present with pain abdomen, body pains, vomiting or palpitations etc.
Use tab. Mefenamic Acid. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
