i started having unusually severe pain at least 6 days before my period, about 7-8 months back. (period started at age 17 and now I am 23). It never happened earlier. Got ultrasound done, It was nothing unusual just minor indications ovaries being bulky with increased stromal echogenicity with small intramural fibroids. pain lasts 5-6 days, until i start menstruating. during those 3 days there is no pain. what should i do?
