What Does Severe Pain Above The Navel Indicate?

i am having severe pain in my stomach above my belly button. it feels like its cutting me from my right side to my left and squeezing me around to my back. i have constant diarrhea especially when i eat. i am always extremely tired and i am loosing weight and not really eating. i have been to my primary doctor as well as emergency room visits and nobody can tell me what it is. i do not have a gallbladder and i do have polycystic ovarian disease

Hello,

Your problem needs to be detailed examined. We cannot resolve with this history. Kindly get ultrasound abdomen. If you have more pain, then get enteroscopy done to see if there is any kind of problem with your bowels.

Maybe, enteral adhesions or jejunitis can also cause this. If there is any problem with pancreas or any other organ in USG or MRI, it will be detected.

First and foremost, a general examination of the abdomen by palpation can also give us a lot of clues. So kindly get all the above things done.
