What Does Severe Muscle Cramp In Leg Followed By Discolored Bruise Suggest?

1 week ago I woke up about 11:30 pm with severe muscle cramp in my right upper, inside of leg. Usually the go away with hot wet heat. however after about 40 minutes of this treatment, the cramps subsided but the muscle tightness did not. I went to hospital and was checked to blood clot. I did not have one. sent home with pain pills and antibiotics. Monday evening, my wife noticed yellow and black bruising on the backside of thigh. Today the bruise is dark black and blue, I had microplebotomy surgery and same leg below the knee. That doctor says it has nothing to do with his surgery. I am almost 71 years old and this happened after a real good round of golf. I ride a cart not walk. Fred O.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, your symptoms are nothing to do with the old medical history surgery and lesion that you have on the back side of thigh, but the symptoms may be due to poor posture, try to maintain the posture, such condition may need analgesic medicines, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
