General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The sensitive antibiotic means that bacteria will be killed by such
antibiotic, whereas resistant antibiotic does not help to combat the
infection. The sensitivity zone indicates larger the diameter, stronger
the medicine means one will choose an antibiotic with 25 mm zone of
sensitivity over the one with 21 mm for better clinical results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
