What Does Semen Analysis Report Sperm Count: 35 Million Indicate?

This is about semen analysis. The report is: sperm count: 35 million pus cells: 5-7 Activity motile: 10% Sluggishly motile: 30% Morphology Normal: 50% What each indicates and what is the problem in my sperm. what are chances of my wife will conceive with this report.How to over come these problems. other details are volume : 1.5 color: grayish white Viscosity: Thick Ph: 9Liquefaction time: more than 20min

Your report is suggestive of infection. SO, infection can affect sperm motility, morphology etc.
So, please visit your doctor for follow up and regular treatment as it requires lot of time to get rid of infection.
