What Does Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hello sir,
I have seminal analysis like this:
Volume = 2.0 ml
colour = greyish white
Reaction = Alkaline
Active motility = 75 %
Total sperm count = 134 Millions/ml
Deformity = Head 50 %, Mid piece 25% and tail 25%
Will it be sufficient for pregnancy???? Please suggest.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
The volume of semen of 2 ml is within normal limits.
The greyish color of semen is also within normal limits.
Alkaline pH of semen is also within normal limits.
Active motility of sperms is also within normal limit.
Atleast 50% sperms should have active motility.
However, nearly all the sperms are having some structural deformity, thus , all sperms are morphologically abnormal.
Atleast 50%sperms should have normal morphology.
You need to repeat semen analysis after 2-3 weeks after abstinence of 3 days.
