What does results as nop meniscal tear suggest?

Normal signal intensity morphology of the medial and lateral menisci. No meniscal tear.
The anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments are intact.
the medial and lateral collateral ligament complex a well s the popliteus muscle and tendon appear unremarkable.
No articular cartilage abnormality or subchondral changes.
No abnormal bone marrow signal intensity or joint effusion.

This is a report for your MRI knee. It suggests that everything is normal.
There is no abnormality with your knee. Meniscus are connections between different bones within the knee joint. As there is no tear in them it is normal.
