Hello,

Any liver or kidney malignancy may spread to the lung it is called metastasis. Probably that metastasis cancer cells may be present in the lungs. Usually, in advanced cancer, it is difficult to control they just treated with chemoradiotherapy.

After chemoradiation therapy volume of cancers cells may decrease the size and but residue may present like that. Still, have a query please consult your treating doctor he will guide you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
