What Does Repolarization Disturbance On EKG Suggest?

hi , i had an ekg done today, i am 38 yrs old and am concerned about what i was told but not explained. it reads Sinus Rhythm, ( rapid ) left axis deviation, consistent with LAFB, minor high-lateral repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia. LV overload or aspecific change, negative t in aVL, with flat or low negative T in I long QT interval, consider hypocalcaemia or quinidine like drug. borderline ekg. how can i understand what this means. Isolated repolarisation abnormality need not be worried for,it can be physiological.Anyways get 2 d echo of your heart review.thankyou
