What Does Redness On The Scrotum Indicate?
My scrotum I just noticed is bright red & other than that,no other symtoms-I noticed another person was told possibly a yeast infection. I believe this may be the case as have had the sweats profusely in this region for some time! I am positive it s not std due to celebicy.Appreciate if you could suggest over the counter remedy to try first.

This sounds like a fungal infection indeed. Itching can be present with this issue. The best treatment is keeping this area clean and dry. Try to wear loose underwear. Wash it with soap and water. Try ketokonazole cream.
If it wont help, you should consult dermatologist.
