Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Panderm plus contains antifungal, antibiotic and steroids, hence when you stop using it then the pimples reoccur.

Kindly visit your dermatologist for other medicines for pimples such as:

1. Tretinoin creams
2. Clindamycin - antibiotic
3. Benzoyl peroxide based soap

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Riyanka Chail
